In this workshop, you will learn to cut glass. You may bring in a design of your own but will create two/three projects.  You will explore using frits, rods, stringers and inclusions, such as mica powder, confetti and thin-fire paper.  Fibre paper is also available for kiln carving projects.

Choice of projects as a guide: Picture 6"x 6", wave or curve 7cm x 16.5cm and finally a wish stick.  So, you could create: a)   picture and a wish stick, b)  two waves or curves (subject to size described) and a wish stick, c) three wish sticks. Alternatively, tealights can be made. See my Facebook page @Jowanstainedglass

Further workshops could include coasters.  If you would like to make more or even larger projects, discuss this with me and we can agree a price.  You will need to bring an apron and a mask.  If you have one, please also bring in a craft knife.  Refreshments will be provided.
