Listed below are forms and documents which will provide all you need to know when booking any part of the hall. We have also included an FAQ's page (frequently asked questions) document to cover most queries. However, please call or email us with any questions and we will do our best to to help.
Important Note: It is a requirement that all persons booking any of the facilities read & fully understand the documents below. The person booking must also complete and sign where applicable the contract form (Booking Application) to ensure compliance and Health & Safety for all.
We will require applicants to attend a familiarisation visit with a member of our Committee to ensure that they are fully conversant with all safety and evacuation procedures.

Where signatures or other information is required to be filled in, please print the relevant document from the list below, complete the information as required and either email a scanned copy or return by post to the address on the 'Contact Us' page.
